OUR MISSION

The Arora Foundation primarily strives to provide educational opportunities and resources to low-income and marginalized communities. At the Arora Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to pursue their academic goals, regardless of their demographic background. It is our hope that each disadvantaged child has the resources necessary to escape economic hardship.

Our team is passionate about our mission. To ensure every dollar impacts those who need it most, our entire team is not compensated for their work.

THE ARORA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Beginning in 2020, The Arora Foundation initiated a scholarship fund with the intention of providing promising low-income students with the opportunity to pursue their academic and professional goals. Applicants go through a rigorous selection process, and recipients are held to the highest moral and academic standards. Recipients also receive a mentor to guide them through their academic and personal dilemmas.

COVID-19 VIRTUAL LEARNING OUTREACH INITIATIVE (VLOI)

The VLOI is an initiative started at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of easing the transition to online learning on low-income communities. The VLOI seeks to provide tutoring and other academic support to assist parents with the increased burden on their shoulders. Although started in Cleveland, VLOI has expanded nationwide to states such as New Jersey, and is an ongoing project. If you would like to be part of this endeavor, please reach out!

LOCAL PROJECTS

Since our founding in 2016, the Arora Foundation has strived to have an impact on the local community. In line with our educational mission, we made a $20,000 contribution to Wooster High School as well as a $25,000 contribution to the Rootstown Sports Boosters. Regarding our medical endeavors, we’ve worked with the Ronald McDonald house to provide children with gifts and supplies. We hope with your support, we can continue impacting our local community!
